With the launch of a new product within the Spyder family around the corner, Datacolor wanted to reintroduce and remind its audience of photographers, videographers, and more recently, content creators/influencers of the product line’s essential monitor calibration capabilities. Working with limited ad spots and even more limited audience attention spans, we wondered:
How can we quickly make it clear that color correcting a monitor is a non-negotiable, non-skip step for anyone working with photo and video?
Starting with two separate copy flows provided by my team at BrandTuitive, I devised two respective visual approaches designed to scale across varied ad sizing, keeping in mind play time, end file size, and limitations of GDN PMax/Meta campaigns.
